Enabling Lossless Streaming
You can change your streaming quality either in your DJ software (where supported), or via the Audio Preferences section of your Beatsource.com Account Settings.
Clearing Your Cache & Offline Library Refresh
Beatsource Streaming & Offline Library utilize a local cache that may cause previously-played & Offline Library tracks to continue to play in 256K AAC after you've changed your streaming quality to lossless. Clearing your local cache is required to ensure all tracks are played in the lossless format.

Verifying Lossless Streaming in Serato
It can be challenging to verify you are streaming lossless audio rather than 256K AAC. Most DJ software does not display the bitrate for streaming tracks, but Serato does.
To verify you are streaming lossless quality in Serato:
- In the Serato track browser, right-click the column header and ensure bitrate is selected.
- Load a track into the player and press play.
- Review the bitrate displayed. The bitrate for lossless FLAC files will vary, but is generally 700 KBPS or higher.
