If you have an active Beatsource Streaming subscription, but Rekordbox tells you to upgrade, please try following the steps:
- Open Rekordbox, log out of Beatsource in Rekordbox if you are logged in.
- Hold Shift + right-click on Beatsource, and select "Clear Settings".
*You must be logged out in Rekordbox for the option to appear.
- Then, log into Beatsource in Rekordbox with your username + password.
You should be redirected to authenticate your account via your browser. It may also help to already be logged into Beatsource on the Beatsource website.
If your subscription is active, you should now be able to stream in Rekordbox without any issues.
